Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation for a booking. This allows the model or service provider to make necessary adjustments or potentially fill the slot with another booking.
Full Refund for Timely Cancellation: If a client cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking, they are entitled to a full refund of any payment or deposit made. This is a fair practice and ensures that clients are not financially penalized for legitimate cancellations within the specified time frame.
No Refund for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking or on the same day result in the forfeiture of the entire fee or deposit paid. This policy is in place to compensate the model for the time and opportunity that has been reserved for the client and cannot be reallocated at short notice.
